Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    •    Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment without charge.

    •    Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.

    •    No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive or provide no notification will be charged 100% of the full service fee.

    •    How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted directly via Square booking site. For late cancellation, please message via Square booking site or email arigato@earthhairsalon.com

Late Arrival & Grace Period Policy

We understand things happen, so we offer a 20-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and it will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
